Registration Options & Access
To support broad participation and create an inclusive space for educators and learners, TODOS offers multiple registration options based on funding source and need.
Use the decision guide below to help identify the registration option that best fits your situation. The guide walks you through a few quick questions related to funding, financial need, and meal preferences.
Please note:
- Discounted and equitable access registration options are limited in quantity.
- For transparency, food costs alone for the conference are $289 per person.
- Your selection helps ensure we can continue offering a high-quality, community-centered experience for all attendees.
- For groups of 10 or more, email us ([email protected]) for group discount options.
Cancellation Policy
If your cancellation is received on or before May 23, 2026, we will refund 100% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received on May 24, 2026 or later are non-refundable.
In cases of illness or emergency, please email us ([email protected]) as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of the organizers.
What registration level is right for me?
Paying by Purchase Order (PO)
If your organization requires payment by invoice or purchase order, please follow the steps below when registering through Sched:
- Complete your registration in Sched.
- On the payment page, select “Pay by Invoice” (instead of “Pay Now”).
- After submitting your registration, you will be able to download a copy of your invoice directly from Sched.
- The TODOS Planning Team will follow up with our W-9 information so your organization can process payment.
The registration rate listed on your invoice will be honored and will not increase, even if payment is processed at a later date.
Please note: Registration is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been received.
